Individual Therapy
Life can feel stuck, overwhelming, and daunting to navigate at times. I offer a space to explore these challenges, develop practical tools, and work collaboratively with you to move towards meaningful change in your life. I work alongside adolescent and adult individuals to cultivate a tailored approach to treatment through the incorporation of elements from multiple psychotherapy schools of thought and modalities.
As a Licensed Addiction Specialist, I offer a harm-reduction approach to those seeking recovery support, relapse prevention strategies, or guidance for navigating the impacts addiction has had on our loved ones. For clients with neurodevelopmental disorders, I focus on helping you develop and integrate executive functioning skills - like organization, planning, emotional regulation, time management, impulse control - into your daily life, in a way that feels doable and sustainable. For clients with a history of trauma, I often offer and utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to support the processing of trauma while reducing the residual emotional impact resulting from these adverse experiences. When helpful, I also offer family sessions as it can be very helpful in recovery to bring our support systems. Together, we’ll create a therapy experience that meets you where you are and empowers you to grow, heal, and thrive.
My focus could be considered as generalized, meaning, I have experience with:
Addiction
ADHD
Adjustment Issues and Life Transitions
Anger
Anxiety
Behavioral Issues
Depression

Grief
Identity Concerns

Fees
My standard rate for individual therapy is $150 per session. This rate applies to clients paying out-of-pocket or using insurance plans I do not currently accept.
If I am not in-network with your insurance provider, you may choose to pay the self-pay rate and I can provide a superbill (an itemized receipt) upon request. You can submit superbills directly to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your plan.
I recommend contacting your insurance provider ahead of time to ask about your out-of-network benefits.
